Becoming profitable (for the right reasons)

I started my business to get freedom.But it didn’t happen for a LONG time.A few years ago, I did everything that I was supposed to be doing. I was posting, engaging, growing my brand…I did everything that I thought was the ticket to the business I was dreaming of.I looked around and saw others doing the same things and reaching the goals I was dreaming of. But they didn’t happen.I wasn’t attracting leads, and I wasn’t making much money.Every month I worried whether the next would be better.I started to get desperate, thinking that they knew something that I didn’t. That they could do something that I couldn’t.I started to chase trends. I grabbed as many freebies as I could. I did every course I could get my hands on.And still, nothing changed.The advice I got was “keep going” and “it’ll pay off”, and I did that.But still, it never changed.Until one day when I was completely burned out, stressed by it all, and knew that I just couldn’t carry on that way.I knew that if I wanted to make this whole online business thing work and actually live that freedom life, something had to change.And fast.And then, it hit me. An email from someone on my email list who said:“I love your content, but I have no idea what you actually do?”And that’s when I realised. I was only building a brand. I wasn’t building a business. People didn’t see what I could offer. They didn’t see how I could help them, other than with the content.So I fixed it. I got clear on who I was trying to help, the offer I was trying to help them with.And things started to come together.But that’s when I saw that I wasn’t alone. That SO many others are struggling to attract clients. To make money online. To unlock the freedom life they’re visualising.And I looked at my business from a birds-eye view.My brand was great. My content was doing well, my engagement was through the roof, my followers were growing.But there was 1 fatal flaw.And it hit me when someone said this:“I love your content, but I have no idea what you actually do?”And that’s when I realised. I was only building a brand. I wasn’t building a business. People didn’t see what I could offer. They didn’t see how I could help them, other than with the content.Firstly, I started by getting clear on who I wanted to help and what with. I went deep into the things that they wanted, needed, were struggling with. I got clear on what I was trying to do, and who I was trying to do it for. And then I built an offer that solved that for them.This helped me unlock my 'niche', and understand my positioning. No more trying to please algorithms, no more targeting randomly. This helped me to really start helping the right people.Secondly, I got clear on what I wanted to get out of it. So that I could build the business in a fulfilling way that gave me complete happiness and gave me drive every single day, so I never had to rely on things going well, or lucky wins. I was motivated.Now there was nothing stopping me from making it happen.And lastly, I built out a simple business. One that didn’t require complicated thoughts, or stressful processes. One that was really well aligned, and one that worked well. This helped me eliminate a lot of the random work I was doing, and go all in on the things that mattered.A simple business that runs on the framework that I’m going to show you in this mini-training.I went from stressing about where clients would come from to doing 2 launches and signing 10 new clients in that time.But 1 more thing happened. The more I looked around, the more I saw others who were doing the same thing.Struggling for clients, struggling to attract.
